We encourage you to service your vehicle with us! This is especially important initially to protect your new vehicle warranty; AND for the duration of ownership you will benefit from the intimate knowledge our brand-specific, factory-trained technicians bring to every service and/or repair of your vehicle, the use of genuine parts and fluids, and tried and proven standard operating procedures – that identify wear and tear and potential issues before they occur. We will work with you to keep your vehicle in optimum condition, resulting in cost savings to you, a protection of your investment, and a service history for your vehicle – which can help you to get the best price at resale.

Your Service Advisor

Service Advisors are certified professionals who understand how important it is ‘To Keep You Driving’. Your Service Advisor is more than just an appointment-maker, he/she will arrange your return to office or home on appointment days on our Courtesy Shuttle, check on your vehicle while it is a work-in- progress and provide status updates as necessary – and will also be in touch to advise any sales and special promotions from which you might benefit.

Our Commitment

As your Service partner we are fully committed to doing everything possible to ensure that driving your car is amongst the highlights of your day – please give us as much information as possible when booking in your vehicle, and contact us directly with any requests or questions. Communication goes both ways, and that is why we will inform you in advance of any work that needs to be done, and provide quotations as necessary – any additional work will only be performed upon full disclosure and with your approval. We value your feedback on your Service experience!

Service Schedule And Appointments

Ford – EVERY 8,000KM

Your Ford vehicle may have come with a Ford ESP Premium Maintenance Plan of 9 Free Scheduled Services for 3yrs/64,000km (whichever comes first) as part of a special promotion or you may have purchased the 3yrs/64,000km or the 5yrs/120,000km (whichever comes first) plan for your vehicle. Click here to view details of the Ford Premium Maintenance Plan (PMP). Should you wish to acquire the Ford Premium Maintenance Plan, your Service Advisor can guide you. Alternatively, your first service for Ford is free, at 8000km and subsequent paid services should occur at 8000km/3 month intervals. With each service we will place an easily removable static cling sticker as an approximate indicator of when your next service should occur. Please DO call to schedule your firm appointment, preferably 2 weeks before arriving at your next 8,000km interval.

Subaru – EVERY 5,000KM

Your Subaru has the first service free at 5000km, and subsequent paid service appointments will be scheduled at 5000km/3 month intervals. With each service we will place an easily removable static cling sticker as an approximate indicator of when your next service should occur. Please DO call to schedule your firm appointment, preferably 1 week before arriving at your next 5,000km interval.

Jeep – EVERY 6,500KM

The first service for your Jeep is scheduled for 6500km and will be complimentary to you. Subsequent paid service appointments will be scheduled at 6500km/3 month intervals. With each service we will place an easily removable static cling sticker as an approximate indicator of when your next service should occur. Please DO call to schedule your firm appointment, preferably 1 – 2 weeks before arriving at your next 6500km interval.

Yamaha – EVERY 2,500KM. (FIRST at 1,000KM)

The first service for your Yamaha motorcycle is at 1000km and is free of charge. Your Yamaha is generally due for service at 2500km intervals. Please DO call to schedule your firm appointment, preferably 1 week before arriving at your next 2500km interval.

We love to plan! Scheduling your appointment early is a Win-Win for you and for KIG. If possible, please make your booking when your service interval is approaching, so that your confirmed date will be on-or- around when the ‘next interval’ kilometres arrive on the clock.
